SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FAQ

At RIVN, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a store credit for eligible returns.

Please note, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you used a discount code at checkout, your store credit will be issued based on the amount you paid after the discount. All RIVN store credits are valid indefinitely, so you can use them whenever you’re ready.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect original condition. This means they must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or fake tan marks
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

For your peace of mind, we recommend sending your return with a tracked shipping service, as RIVN is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Any items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

Unfortunately, items purchased during sale periods or with a discount are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.

The only exception is if you wish to exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at rivnactive@gmail.com

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • 2–3 clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the fault or concern
    If our item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide a complimentary return shipping label and offer you the choice of a refund, store credit, or replacement.

If we’re unable to determine the fault from the images provided, you may be asked to return the item for further inspection. If a fault is confirmed upon review, RIVN will cover all return shipping costs and provide the appropriate resolution.
